Community Tasting Notes 2

December 23, 2023 - Opened at slow ox'd for three hours. Took to a club for date night. Dark fruit on the nose. The palate was dark berries, some dark cherry, plums, tobacco, tree bark and dried leaves (as I stated once before in a review, I can only imagine what tree bark tastes like but being one of the younger, scrawnier kids in the neighborhood where I grew up, I ate a lot of dried leaves - not by choice) anyway enough of my childhood and back to the wine, the finish was moderate to long and brought out some flavors of cranberry. Happy Holidays everyone.
