    October 25, 2015 - Practice Tasting for WSET Diploma Unit 5 exam (Clerkenwell): Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Deep ruby colour.
    Nose: The nose is Clean and Youthful, showing Medium(+) intensity primary aromas of blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant, black plum, redcurrant.
    Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a Medium level of acidity. It has Medium(+) Ripe/Soft tannins and a Medium(-) Level of alcohol (11.50%). It has Medium(+) body and Medium(+) intensity
    primary flavours of blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant, black plum, redcurrant. The finish is Medium. It has a creamy mousse. Dry tannins. Ripe red and black fruit character.
    Overall: Ripe fruit, good typicity. Good structure, intense but lacks complexity. Good well made wine but just not my thing at all
    Conclusion: It is a Good quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing Not intended for ageing; Medium priced (£11.49)
