January 16, 2021 - No problem keeping this wine in cellar for longer time. Decanted for about two hours before dinner with grouse dish. Typical Rioja notes: oak, leather, spicy, but still smooth.

February 17, 2019 - Decant this wine, let it breathe at least couple of hours. In palate there was leather, spices such as mint and chili, hint of chocolate. Full bodied.

November 7, 2018 - Bouquet was better than palate, although both muted to an extent. Earthier and green with notes of tart cherry and red berries, green pepper, tobacco leaf, hints of shaved dark chocolate. Full-bodied with chewy grainy tannins, medium+ acidity, and a lingering finish. Could tell this was from a tough vintage.
