March 22, 2011 - This wine was given to me as a gift. The nose is elegant and offers some red berries, oak toast, cinnamon and forrest floor notes. The palate is out of balance. It does not have the tannin structure and acidity to balance the alcohol and water. It feels flat, flabby, watery and flavorless in the palate, leaving a bitter aftertaste. The nose was a little inviting but the palate fell apart.

April 15, 2008 - Hidden berry notes. Some cherry and strawberry. Predominently oak. Nice mouthfeel and color.
