December 31, 2021 - Drink up. Past its prime. Super barnyardy and lots of vegetal notes. Due to the blend the tannins were smooth but lacked any length.

December 23, 2009 - Decaned for about an hour, Searved with Fois Gras and Steaks. The balance of furit and tannis have really improved over the years. But i would not wait much loinger on this. The tannis dont have too much left. The fruits are smokey and earthy, went well with the meat.
