April 5, 2020 - Pale lemon, high acid Chablis village wine with medium primary aromas of lemon and chalk. Greater flavor than aromatic intensity with lemon, green apple, chalk with smooth mouthfeel. Nice M+ finish. Overall impression of lemon tart. Good choice for shellfish looking for acidy without secondary aromas/flavors from oak. High acidity will preserve, but won’t get better

February 2, 2020 - Presented blind: Lightly gold color shows age, along with initial aromas of lanolin and wax. Meyer lemon and seashells. The palate shows lean and pure with early pick white grape notes and vibrant, long acidity. This is a high acid wine but holds it well. Subtle thyme/tarragon and hints of spice on the long lasting finish.

March 30, 2016 - Golden yellow core with green tinting at the edges. Wet wool upon opening and decanting which blew off in under 15 minutes. On the nose and palate there were notes meyer lemon curd, tart lemon zest, green apples, stone fruits (which only emerged an hour into drinking and stayed in the background), limestone, and a really enjoyable hint of struck flint. Racy acidity and a medium body which began to add weight as time went on made this wine shine. Medium (+) finish.

November 28, 2015 - Prince - muscadet and chablis with oysters (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Floral and perfumed with slight stone fruit and spice. Tangy and broad, mineral rather than fruit here with wet stone. Hmm.
