November 16, 2023 - Truly exceptional.
A little fusty on opening, but with a little air it blossomed. Dry straw, bruised peach, white blossom, fig, a waxy note - effusive aromas, very generous. The palate is ripe, yet super-fresh, candied lemon, peach, nectarine, toasted fig, pithy lime, key-lime pie, all very complex and integrated. Textured and very long finish, with a hint of cinnamon. World-class Chardonnay, drinking beautifully at 8 years but with stuffing for decade more at least. -

July 20, 2022 - Still very good and giving a lot of pleasure. Lost a bit drive and acidity by now, still gorgeous ripe yellow apples and tropical fruits with well integrated vanilla and toasted wood. Would not wait more than a couple of years to drink up.
