December 27, 2023 - Not a formal note. Tasted with V, K and S for Christmas evening. It was followed by a 2009 Sassicaia and a 2016 HDE Enfer de Passion PN.

This was good, but a little off compared to the freshness of previous bottles. Had to wonder if the cork might have had some issues. That being said, it was still pleasant, but a little let down by the aromas that were a little off. Not old, just off. Still a pleasant 90. Will drink my next and final bottle in the next 6 months.

October 29, 2023 - Pale yellow. Fresh nose of flowers and ripe pear. Creamy texture, clean fruit with only a little vanilla. In terrific shape.

August 31, 2023 - Clear and bright, now golden with green. Very clean, sharp citrus, some white flowers and limestone edge. Saline. Great acidity. Decent length. Fine and elegant. Diam 10 cork. Very good value too.

July 23, 2023 - Drank with K, V, D and Mum. Very fine and at peak. No rush to drink up, but won’t improve. Will try to finish mine this year. Beautiful nutty and slightly buttery citrus notes, the fruit clearly had perfect maturity when picked. Nice complexity and minerality; it is my favorite lieux-dit Chassagne.

Still a beauty. Will soon have to start on my Caillerets… 91
