January 1, 2022 - Delicious, approachable Oregon PN from one of the old wineries. 20 minutes to open, complex with good fruit and tannin. Good with duck liver mousse or chocolate chip cookies or ?. Another couple of years at least.

June 20, 2020 - Decanted for 3-4 hours and drank rather quickly : ) Over about 90 minutes. Sweet fruit taste. Like drinking a CocaCola on a hot summer day. Smooth, salty tannins. Some cherry and lemon to finish it off. Drink up, doubt it will get any better. Great with marinated grilled pork tenderloin and a green bean salad.

June 14, 2020 - Quite decent. A bit over-rated by the most positive reviews. Somewhat sharp upon opening and for an hour or so after decanting. After a day or two sealed, it evolved nicely, losing some of the initial sharpness and showing more of the fruit and complexity.

July 21, 2019 - W sausage from bbq and first tomato of the season. This was super bottle, very elegant fruit and body with quite some length. Just very interesting and continuously evolving. We drank over 4 hours. Yummy. This will keep a few more yrs.

April 8, 2017 - PHMG WAG: 2014 Oregon Pinot Noir (Lyon Den): More black and blue fruit than the previous wines, this really fans out on the finish like an alluvial plain. Some obvious tannins say, "wait or decant me". 2018-2021.
