November 26, 2021 - Popped and poured. I always find wines bottled under diam to show young. Perhaps these closures don't exchange oxygen as freely as natural cork? Loads of freshness and citrus fruit. Reminds me more of Chablis than anything from CA.

May 3, 2021 - Bottled with a DIAM 10 closure, and while I love DIAM, that was the hardest enclosure to extract in recent memory. It took so much force to extract I was worried something would break! Were DIAM closures not lubricated back in 2013?
White flowers and a hint of coconut on the nose. Lemony, clean, crisp and creamy, medium bodied with medium acid. A minty tingle on the finish. -
