November 16, 2022 - Still going strong. Drank with sushi. Still had some nice fruit. Drink up.

May 17, 2021 - We gave this bottle a 20 minute slo-ox based on our previous TN earlier this year. For whatever reason (?bottle variation?) we found this bottle to be more enjoyable than the previous one. The color was a medium yellow. The nose was very aromatic with honeysuckle and tangerine notes. The medium to plus bodied palate showed the same tangerine and honeysuckle, along with some peach, some lemon, and a touch of minerality. The acidity is quite juicy, but balancing, and the finish showed neither bitterness nor heat (from the 15.6% abv). Still recommend drinking up soon.

January 15, 2021 - This has some redeeming qualities, all of which are overpowered by the alcohol on both nose and palette. I’ve really enjoyed some Herman Story reds but the style didn’t work for me in this bottle of white. Perhaps it was just past its prime.

January 7, 2021 - PnP, chilled. Took about 15 minutes to open, so aerate first. Very aromatic with floral/perfume notes. The medium to plus bodied palate showed some stone fruits (peach), with touches of tropical fruit and minerality. The acidity is quite juicy and a bit more than needed for balance. The finish, however, is marred by obvious bitterness, and a touch of heat from the 15.6% abv.

    September 7, 2019 - Heavy TCA taint. :-(
    Will return for replacement/credit.
