October 31, 2023 - Phil's impromptu tasting fun (Phil's place, Putney, Sydney): From Coravin. Fresh, a little mint pursues black fruit around the nose, cream, butter, cedar in support. Juicy, savoury, cedary, fresh black fruits, woody tannins, rather lovely.

October 23, 2023 - Was a week ago. Very good indeed however fruit incredibly forward but gorgeous. Needs 15 years from vintage to integrate better. Still enjoyable.

October 23, 2023 - Lovely deep colour. Full in the mouth whilst remaining tight. Good length. Mature without any sign of tiring. Drink by 2028. Decanted using a gentle aeration funnel two hours before drinking.
