September 9, 2021 - Un Cabernet de manual. Cassis y pimienta blanca es lo que más destaca en nariz. No hay notas de evolución a pesar de sus 8 años.
En boca tiene estructura media, mucha complejidad y final largo y especiado. Me encanta este vino. 🍷 -

En boca tiene taninos redondos, mucha complejidad y final persistente. Me encantó! 😍 -

Nose: Clean nose with a medium+ intensity. This wine is developing.
101 Cabernet Sauvignon; Ripe cassis, baked green pepper, dill and a lightly smoked cedarwood. Very powerful aromas, although detecting quite a lot of alcohol in the nose as well.
Palate:
Dry
High alcohol
Medium+ acidity
Medium+ intensity
Medium- finish
Full bodied
Fresh and fruity on the palate but unfortunately overpoweringly alcoholic; lip stinging levels. The tannins are ripe and slightly drying and whilst the notes are nice, they drop off quite quickly or are overwhelmed by the alcohol.
Good quality Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendoza, Argentina. Drink now and at 10 euros a bottle, fair QPR.
