Been open just 1/2 hour and I'm sure by tomorrow it evolves some more but now, I can smell flowers and some spice. On the palate, some thickness/glycerine, which I like, as well as some nice zest from the acids and some peach pit, minerality and what I want to call lemon-lime. I think I will chill it down a bit. The wife is making some wild salmon and some other goodies so should go well with the wine.

I found it blowsy, lacking focus, acid, and concentration. Normally I like Copain's whites, and many California Viogniers, but this one didn't do it for me. I thought maybe it was damaged.
