  February 14, 2023 - Very nice bottle. Among the better US cabernet wines I’ve had of late. Far better on day 2, as the first day was still big, burly and fairly closed on pnp through hour 3. would recommend a minimum 4 hour decant, and the more the merrier. But fantastic that second day. Complex, nice mix of fruits and structure with a pleasing finish.

  June 4, 2022 - Soft floral aromas. Hint of green pepper. Dark fruit flavors of blackberry, cassis and iron (red meat). Tannins are grippy and integrated nicely with the acidity making this fresh and juicy. Rounded mouthfeel. Medium+ finish.

  April 22, 2022 - Needed lots of time. 2 hour slow ox did nothing - in fact it was slightly bitter. 3 hours and still not there. Recorked and drank next day after an hour decant: full bodied, dark fruits, multiple layers, 30 sec finish. One of the best Rudius I've had - just needed coaxing. Recommend opening it 5-6 hours beforehand.
