February 1, 2016 - Madeira Pilgrimage; 2/1/2016-2/4/2016 (Madeira): Rich caramel, black tea, almond and a minty-eucalyptus note on the nose. Kicking acid, this wine rushes across the palate with a pleasantly sharp and herbal move, then sweet richness follows up with nougat, clove, cinnamon and pipe tobacco. Beautiful flavors on a harmonious aged Bual.
