April 22, 2023 - I was wowed by this bottle. Seems like the timing was right as everything was pulling together. Lots af savory notes to compliment the dark cherry underlying fruit. Mushroom, undergrowth a long coating finish.

April 9, 2023 - Been about 4 years since my last bottle, and it doesn't seem to have evolved very much. It's pretty wound up still with structure and the bitter orange peel (especially noticeable on the finish) has only seemed to become more prominent. Still, this was pretty good with Easter ham and it has the stuffing and structure to evolve more.
