January 27, 2021 - Translucent light-medium red color with a 2mm clear edge. PNP, drank a glass over 2 hours. Cherry, straightforward, a little metallic minerality on the nose. The palate shows lighter medium body, simple, cherry, crushed rock, a little briary note, fairly acidic and a little tannin edge. Fair.

February 15, 2020 - Sunfish Cellars Burgundy & Oregon Tasting (Sunfish Cellars/I Nonni Minneapolis, MN): A bit too acidic. Forest floor, raspberries, floral and earth. Short to medium finish. Lacks personality.

September 19, 2019 - Very light weight, hint of sour cherry, quite a bit acidity to the mid palate, tastes like they use Smokey barrels with gunsmoke and mineral slate on the finish. I wouldn’t leave any in the cellar, drink now. Is a nice drink but tastes like it’s falling apart a bit on the finish.

November 21, 2018 - A few Pinots for Laura's House: This followed a Foillard Cote du Py and initially it suffered for that. Subdued nose at first that, with air, took on spice and earthy notes. On the palate this is fairly light bodied with dark cherry and again some light spice and earthly notes. This is a nice Bourgogne.

March 17, 2018 - On opening it had a watered note in the finish which resolved with air. Really shone after 3-4 hours as it gained weight and roundness. Excellent example of the type and solid QPR.
