March 10, 2020 - Wow what a bomb, the fact that I call it a bomb is because of the flavors that explode in your mouth. Deep Ruby red in color, there's oak, cedar, blueberries, eucalyptus, Rosemary, cigar Ash, lots of other cooking spices, anise, Chinese five spice, wet wood, grilled plum, ripe prune, grilled meat, nutmeg, umami, brown sugar marinated plum finish, smooth and well integrated tannins, long finishing, picked the right wine for tonight's countdown towards new year.
