  August 12, 2019 - Slightly rosé tinted. This is one of the most overvalued domaines for me and when I look at the scores even for the guys at the WA. If one keeps in mind that there are rosés for a quarter of the price, getting the same scores from professional tasters, one wonders about the influence of marketing. Well, this was somehow forgotten in my cellar and thank god we only get two of these bottles as a present. This is the second and not better or worse than the last one. It lacks intensity of fruit and a bit of minerality is not enough to satisfy. Good not more for me. Younger vintages get 90 points from the WA, with a drinking window of 2 years after the harvest. So maybe this is over the hill and even was so one year ago. Drink it up! 5/11/15/4

  November 23, 2018 - From half a bottle, this was fantastic, medium + weighted, salty savory and so invitng for drinking, absolute stunner with food, may be 94+ thats how I liked it that night, but Ive probably been overexcited.

  December 18, 2017 - It looks like Domaine Ott did a marvellous job in 2015 with the rosés. The Romassan (tasted recently) was really excellent and De Selle is not far off. I love the silky, creamy and flowing character of the wine, with its seamlessly integrated acidity and subtle bitters providing grip; there are lovely, expressive aromas of hay, citrus, peach and raspberry, but structurally the wine is slightly loose, and the finish is on the spicy side and lacks a bit of definition. It looks like the Mourvèdre fared better in the warm 2015 summer than the Grenache did.

  July 29, 2017 - This had a deep, layered bouquet of strawberry, tangerine, mineral and honeysuckle aromas. The palate was fresh, clean and dry with flavors of strawberry, peach, tangerine, mineral and spice.
