September 30, 2016 - CBCC fall wine tasting event featuring 44 wines total.
This wine sours. It has notes of bright cherry at the start and continues (with very resolved tannin's) to emit flavors of dusty fruits and dried fruits in the finish. A really outstanding effort for a Paso Robles Cabernet. ............. Bravo !
