  June 13, 2023 - Minerally, savoury and biscuity, this developed notes of shortbread and yeasty breadcrumbs. The fruit is undiminished and shone brightly as I was treated to further flavours of nougat and hazelnuts. Still vibrant, with not a hint of oxidation, the length of finish was stupendous. Stylish with layers of flavour and complexity, now at its peak. CHP 95 votes

  February 18, 2023 - Gourmetklubbens femtiofjärde middag (Södermalm, Stockholm (P+A)): (Disgorged in 2014, 100% Chardonnay)
  Light yellow colour with an incipient maturity on the nose showing flint, citrus and some baked bread and opens up with a pleasant nuttiness in a nice and pleasant way. Refreshing acidity with tropical citrus fruit and with a creamy mid and Intense citrus acidic palate with butter on the mid and a pleasant finish. This has opened up very well with the extra cellar time.

  March 16, 2020 - This is surprisingly good - I admit I would not have expected something with such nicely ripe orchard fruit or crisp acidity coming from the UK. But so it has, and this really wouldn't feel out of place with other very good blanc de blancs champagnes. I would even be curious to see how this ages further.

  April 9, 2018 - Pale straw, nice fine bubbles. Touch of burnt caramel on the bouquet but very fresh. It's the sheer fruit that jumps out at you - for a wine that's almost a decade old. Complex. Breathe out through your nose, and you get loganberries - for a Chardonnay. There is still a lot of depth to this wine and it could last, but you don't want to lose any of that fresh grapefruit on the palate either. Oh, to drink or not to drink......
