May 2, 2020 - Medium dry, light straw color with hint of sweet glove leather on the nose. Good balance of mineral and lemon peel, short finish.

November 14, 2019 - Crisp and dry, some lemon peel and citrus flavors in the mouth. A slight metallic taste does linger in the background. Serve very cold.
