August 14, 2022 - Delicious and a bit funky aromas with dark red fruits, leather, horse stable, black olives and some wood. Light, juicy and a bit sharp in the mouth. No sulfur here, so 8 years is quite impressive.

Medium ruby. Clovey Brett, manure - a bit strong for me.
Medium body, moderate alcohol (12%), elevated acid, diminished tannins. Ripe deep red cherry on the palate.
Hint of very ripe, orange peppers. Not very pyrazinic. Rounded and plush. A bit rustic.
