August 28, 2017 - I had this with a turkey sandwich on 8/28/17. It had an appealing, fragrant bouquet of smoke, pear, melon, vanilla, cardamom and spice aromas. The palate was smooth, dry and seamlessly balanced with flavors of pear, melon, cardamom, spice and minerals.

May 29, 2017 - Pale straw color. Aromas or quince, slate, white pepper and lime zest. Leads on the palate with pear and citrus notes, with underlying mineral and spice depth consistent with the nose. Medium body, fleshy texture with ample acidity, with nice depth on the finish. Nicely done.

April 22, 2017 - Sat, 04/22/17, $2 Tasting (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): Typically, “20-30% fermented in 500-600 L barrels, the remainder in temp controlled s/s tanks.”

N: Lemons with a distinct mineral component

P: Med, poss MF, body; Rndish entry with almost swtish frt nicely off-set by acidity. The finish is LONG, slightly tangy, & with a VERY slight bitterish/honey dialectic @ the very end. NICELY done with different flavors @ different stages of the tasting timeline. Drink now & through '18. (IF interested, check wine-searcher's Tasting Notes pg for reviews.) [As of early Mar '20, wine-searcher still shows 2 sources @ $8.50 & $16].
