    March 23, 2016 - .Harvested 1973, bottled in 1979.
43 years of age and still very much alive. The Nose has Honey, apricot and ripe pinneapple. A little oxidation. A bit chalky at first. This needs some air. Has a bit of a bitter phase before settling down. This wine keeps evolving in your glass. Definately not for everyone but for wine enthusiasts a beautiful yourney past different stages. A real interesting experience.
