January 17, 2011 - Nice nose of berries, crisp taste, very smooth, easy to drink

June 21, 2010 - Vegetable nose with hints of fruit. Tomato and broccoli taste. After drinking a California Cab this is an extreme disappointment given the WS reviews

December 9, 2009 - Popped and poured; initial nose of light plum, tar, graphite and a little earth . Past its prime? On the palate, a bit of oak and some some spice, and the tannins are still there. Short in length. After about a half hour, the nose shows some slight berry in the bouquet -- blackberries or raspberries, I think. On the palate, still light and shirt in length, but the tannins are better integrated. Overall, a fairly uninteresting wine, but worth at least its low price, if only for the contrast to comparably priced "big juicy fruit" cabernets.

On the second day, the bouquet had stronger woodiness, and maybe some tobacco. The tannins were almost non-existent, and the length may have increased, to short-medium. Very smooth, but more confident that this is past its prime.
