January 27, 2024 - Spicy black fruit aroma with notes of cedar shavings and some barnyard / leather (but no overbearing brett). Crisp red and black fruit flavors with notes of graphite and spice. Silky smooth with well balanced acid, alcohol, and tannins. Layers of flavor on the finish
On the simpler and lighter side which makes it quite drinkable on its own. Does not require food like many CDPs. In the drinking window now - this is a drinker not a keeper. -

September 24, 2022 - Just medium bodied, this is on a lighter side of CDP, full of perfumed floral, bright ripe red fruits, pungent and sweet spices. Uplifting. Fine.
