Community Tasting Notes 3

April 19, 2017 - At Salut MCR. Light ruby purple clear with clear rim. Cherry plum fennel and a light weight with crunchy touch of balsamic on the nose. Light weight with crunchy cherry skin tannins. Cherry Morello and Bing with raspberry and an herbal anise note and a touch of balsamic. Not just your average Dolcetto.

September 14, 2016 - dark colour with violet rim. nose: plums, cherries - generally dark fruits; robust and not bad; more in the Rhone style. taste: light bodied and fruity (cherries, plums and blackberries); medium acidity, medium length finish. Great drinkability, good balance.
