September 25, 2022 - By the glass. Evolved colour, like liquid marmalade. That's not the worst description of the wine's smell and taste, either; pretty sweet, a fair (and compensating) amount of acidity, intense orange moving towards burnt lime. That lovely barley sugar nose and hint of millefeuille I so often get from Rieussec, too. Yum.

November 16, 2021 - Dark gold/yellow; a stunner, with pure apricot, honey, tea, petrol, and on and on. Very complex, rich, sweet, yet still good tang and lift. Super super long, extremely nice Sauternes. In a great place right now. Very happy after having taken a break from these wines for a number of years. Brian's w/M&D
