August 19, 2021 - Surprisingly good after all this time. Usually Zins don’t hold on this long. It was a little past it’s prime but drinkable when first opened. But it got much better throughout the evening. Drank over about 4 hrs. Lots of red fruit, undergrowth & wet dirt, wet tobacco. Don’t wait much longer to drink this.
