1/14/2006 (link)(Domaine de la Pepiere Clos des Briords) Incredibly ripe for Muscadet but the character comes out after some aeration. Lots of minerality and some lemon drop fruit. Almost a botrytis-like character develops. I liked it but was not nuts about it. I need more snap and obvious minerality.
