  June 19, 2022 - I was worried that this might be over the hill, but it is still great. A mature cab with a good fruit/savory blend. It worked well with blue cheese burgers. The cork was pretty fragile so straining is recommended.

  February 7, 2021 - wow...poster child for what bottle time will do for a well made big cab. has improved tremendously over the years. fruit and tannins have tamed an dthis is now a gorgeous big cali cab of black berries. tons of sediment.

  May 25, 2018 - This is wonderful Sonoma mountain cab (Moon Mountain) and I assess that this 2010 vintage has a few years left. The fruit tonight was ripe, dark, and multidimensional. We have thoroughly enjoyed multiple bottles of the 09, 10, 11 vintages of this wine, sadly this is the end of the run. At $25/btl, this is perhaps the best QPR wine I have ever tasted. I still believe that the 2010 is the best of the bunch. Cheers!
