October 8, 2018 - Shared a 200ml with 2 others, and we couldn't even finish it. It is extremely sweet, although there's some acid, just not enough. There is a definite raisined quality to it, along with some subtle and enticing nuances of numerous red fruits. I struggle to score this, so I just won't. It is definitely much different from any other Ice wine I've tried. There are elements of port and elements of ice wine in it.

November 26, 2016 - JM and James at Niagara! (Niagara Peninsula VQA): Tawny rim in glass, garnet heart. Round dark/soft fruit, rich cherries and plums. Pleasant and very taut acid-sweetness balance. Jammy cherries. Yummy, but I feel like spreading it on toast, rather than drinking.
