October 28, 2008 - Outstanding may be a slight exaggeration, but excellent is praise too faint. For me, my first experience with SIMI sauvignon blanc, but it will not be my last. Heartily recommend.
Nicely balanced with 65% acidity 35% sweetness, crisp, clean fruit flavors, a rich mouth feel, grass and grapefruit aroma.
Excellent pairing with light fruit and chicken salad, with sun dried tomato crackers. -
