October 18, 2016 - Nose has lime zest and tropical fruit with a slightly funky undertone. Palate is very acidic with strong, underripe green apple and a medium-long, refreshing finish. Definitely a well-made wine, perfect for summer, but perhaps just a bit too one-dimensional for me to want to come back over and over.
