  December 11, 2016 - I'm a Riesling newbie so I did not know what to expect except for what I've read. This wine is just beautiful in the glass, it is pale yellow straw in color with slight legs and low-medium viscosity. I smelled a moderate aroma which I could not really identify but reminded me of orange blossom, kiwi and apricot. Taste is fresh, off-dry, mouthwatering with flavors of lime and melon. It is an excellently balanced tactile experience of acidity, sweetness and alcohol before a nice long finish that recaptures all of the sensations from first sip to swallow. I had it with curry cauliflower soup and the pairing was excellent.

  November 8, 2016 - Golden straw color, peaches and flowers on the nose. Slightly sweet, peaches and pears on the palate, consistent over several bottles.
