November 11, 2020 - a bit boozy on "PnP" from coravin. very ripe! fennel. rose. great acid from front to back. no tannic presence=disappointing as a bit of astringence would add another dimension. similar to the previous note: lacks complexity. ripe and one dimensional whilst still (pleasantly) tasting like Nebbiolo

Servi (trop) frais, passé en carafe, ça l’a réchauffé et ouvert, mieux après 1/2 heure.
Saveurs de truffes et de cuir, s’est bien marié avec le risotto aux truffes blanches.
