March 1, 2024 - (65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 14% Alkohol) Rubinrot und etwas verhalten am Anfang, braucht etwas Zeit, öffnet sich mit Luft, dunkle Beeren, Tabak, Rauch, mineralische Noten. Der Gaumen ist druckvoll, elegant, ordentlich Frucht, feinmaschiges, noch markantes und ungestümes Tannin, wirkt jugendlich, hat gute Anlagen für eine lange Reife. Mit dekantieren aktuell antrinkbar, besser aber ab 2028 bis 2040

January 21, 2024 - Lots of bright red berry fruit, cigar box on the nose and palate; nice tannic backbone through the finish. Aromas and flavors shut down on Day 2, although tannins still make this drinkable. Solid, if somewhat unremarkable.

August 30, 2023 - A beautiful albeit young ( in no way austere though or sharp) wine.
Classic and well mannered still as expected on the fruit, rich dark fruit as the vintage dictates but also very well mannered and in balance. Really there is very little to add here other than with time this would become even better and an impressive result . A solid 91-92 and with capacity to improve.2 people found this helpful Comment
