March 29, 2024 - Very elegant and almost fully mature. To me, this is one of the stars of St Joseph. 2014 might not be the best year, but this wine certainly delivers a typical nose of raw meat, smoke and rose petals. On the pallets, it is medium bodied. Nice and clean finish.

October 16, 2016 - Tasted over two days, and the wine showed best on day two. Real depth here. Iron and aged meat. The fruit is of high quality, which adds a sense of elegance. Grippy tannins, but again high quality also here. Probably needs five years with potential for positive development for at least another five after that. 92ish for now.
