October 16, 2023 - Good but not great.
Strong dark fruit, mid weight, texture pretty good, still quite dry on the finish as Coonawarra cabs can be with a hint of astringency.
Suspect, as it’s under stelvin, it could wait another 5 years and improve. -

July 9, 2022 - This is a powerful Cabernet in a maturing phase. Tannin is still prominent, but adds to the enjoyment rather than detracting. Long fine finish. Next one in 5 years.

August 12, 2016 - Coonawarra Roadshow (Ivy, George Street, Sydney): still in that red fruit spectrum, slight earthiness, cedar, slight cigar box…in the mouth it's juicy and fleshy with tangy red over black fruit, drying but fine textured tannins. The fruit carries and some alcohol warmth encroaches on the finish. Hmm. goodish but not for me
