I guessed an old Mosel Riesling from the 80ies because the sweetness was gone. Low in fruits, but black tea and herbal. A bit high in alcohol what doesn't fit to my theory. Very charming and interesting wine. 94 -

March 7, 2020 - Occasional dinner group: Great whites and Cult Napa (@ Merlet): Special bouquet with putty and ripe yellow fruits. On the palate good acidity and some pleasant sweetness. Slightly oxidized which is not disturbing, but adds to the complexity. What a wonderful surprise!
