August 24, 2020 - Praelum - Blind Tasting Training with Somms (Praelum Wine Bistro): Medium lemon and a slight greenish hue. Aromas of ripe peach tart, yellow flowers, menthol, faint wet stones, cinnamon and vanilla. Off-dry and full bodied, with flavours of ripe pineapples and peach, some light cream, and vanilla. April 6, 2018 - Very very tasty! Opened this since my wife has been wanting to try different types of whites. Needless to say, she's a fan! Fantastic acidity with great citrus and pepper notes.
