April 16, 2017 - Medium garnet. Discrete nose of red fruit, red current , sweet spices, very restraint but multi layered. The palate confirms the aristocratic prominence. It is fresh, laser precise, not for the beginner palate, very long. Excellent, refined Ech, a wine that whispers and does not shout. Wait till 2020 though as this is quite closed at the moment.
