April 18, 2019 - Unscrew and pour. In a good.place. Beautiful nose with guava, green fruit, some savory herbs. On the palate, excellent acidity, but still very primary, and underripe pineapple with guava. Very clean finish.
Day 4 open: this just keeps getting better with more time open. A hint of petrol has popped out, but everything above and more.
