November 6, 2020 - This was the 2nd of two bottles that were purchased. The first one was premoxed, and the second was questionable. Very strange nose - not butterscotch like the first, but almost like a wax candle. The nose blew off with a few hours and the tannins were a little grippy, with pale fruit showing through. This domaine has had a notorious problem with promox, so i would tread carefully.

March 11, 2017 - La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. Rich and floral with excellent concentration that finishes with power, elegance and intense minerality. Exactly what I want from top notch Caillerets - baby Chevalier-Montrachet.
