November 14, 2020 - Black cherry aromas with some woodsy spice and roasted game aromas. Similar flavors with medium+ weight and a slightly rugged / tannic finish. Probably better to cellar a few more years.

July 9, 2019 - Just too soon, no character indicative of this great Nuit region. Rather flat, round full-cherry flavor. Perhaps in 7-8 years it will emerge but this was my last bottle. Cheers.
