Community Tasting Notes 5

September 9, 2017 - Smooth, classy, and versatile with food. The longer it breathes the more it shows like Alsatian Pinot Gris, the omnipresent Gewurztraminer aromatics notwithstanding.

April 4, 2017 - This is delicious! Aromatic, with strong spice, citrus, and mineral notes. Balanced, light alcohol, piercing finish. If blind tasting, I would probably guess Pfalz or Alsace every time.

March 17, 2017 - Spectacularly perfumed. Reminiscent of Alsatian white blends, clean, strong acid, intriguing finish.

November 11, 2016 - Captivating bouquet, stalwart mouthfeel, great balance, gritty and long finish.

September 24, 2016 - Off the list at Parachute. A solid white that I found to be just off dry (despite the Sec designation) with pleasant aromatics of white flowers, light tropical fruit and stone fruit. Palate is fresh would good acidity to carry the lightly sweet body. Clean finish.
