February 26, 2023 - Corked unfortunately. One can still sense the razor sharp minerality and precise fruit underneath. Chez Peytz.

May 9, 2020 - This has shed its acidic framework and become rounder and more integrated. Crisp and clean. A sweetness of fruit on the palate. Lots of minerality and complexity on the finish. Makes me think of a serious grand cru Chablis albeit slightly less oyster shells. Very enjoyable.

This still ranks as my top aligote in terms of quality and enjoyment.

January 19, 2020 - The 2014 Arnaud Ente Bourgogne Aligote is fresh and refined, everyone mistaken this as a Burgundy Chardonnay. Tasted blind - Sleek and vibrant, a refined bouquet with mellow tree and citrus fruits, expansive minerals on the palate. Village weight with good ripeness. 2015 Chassagne Montrachet? (85/100)

December 14, 2019 - Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light lemon-green colour with watery rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity aromas of green fruit of green apple and quince, citrus fruit of lemon, herbaceous notes of grass, floral notes of acacia, mineral notes of stony, stone fruit of peach. The wine is youthful.
Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, the wine has medium (-) alcohol, light body and medium (+) intensity flavors of green fruit of green apple, citrus fruit of lemon, floral notes of acacia, mineral notes of stony, stone fruit of peach. The wine has a medium (+) finish.
Conclusion: Very good quality Bourgogne Aligote with an intense nose showing good complexity, the wine is light yet flavorful, concentrated with a well-balanced structure, crisp and refreshing. The palate shows good fruity and floral characters with mineral, ending on a fairly long finish. It is ready to drink now and can maintain for another 3-5 years.

January 12, 2019 - This has mellowed over the last 6 months and become rounder and more integrated. Crisp and clean. A sweetness of fruit on the palate. Lots of minerality and complexity on the finish. Makes me think of a serious grand cru Chablis.

This still ranks as my top aligote in terms of quality and enjoyment. No comment on second market pricing.
