January 17, 2021 - Nice bright, fresh offering. Pale yellow hue. Green apple, melon, slate, slightly floral, lower acidity. Tossed a little of this into a dish we were cooking-- worked perfectly. Very enjoyable.

August 5, 2016 - Day one: some nice elements but fruit and acid aren't integrated. Day two: coming into focus. Day three: Balanced and lovely. The acid still sticks out but I think enough fruit that will integrate better over time. A rather sexy Chablis.
